Account and Access Problems

Having trouble accessing your account or running into permission issues with the software? We're here to help resolve any account-related problems.

Password Reset

  1. Go to the ESPN BET website or open the ESPN BET app.
  2. On the login page, look for a link or button that says "Forgot Password?" or "Reset Password."
  3. Click on that link.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your ESPN BET account.
  5. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password. This usually involves clicking a link in the email that takes you to a password reset page.
  6. Create a new password and confirm it.
  7. Save the changes and then use your new password to log in.
  8. If you encounter any issues or do not receive the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder, or contact ESPN BET customer support for further assistance.

Permission Issues

If you're seeing error messages about missing permissions or insufficient access within the software, please double check:

  • You are logged in with the correct account
  • Your account has the required subscription/permission level
  • You have been granted access by your administrator

If the permissions still seem incorrect after verifying, contact our support team and provide details on the error you're receiving.
